Wooden "Learn-to-sew" play lacing cards

I love how these turned out! I finally got a drill to work with (thanks, Uncle!) and spent all night drilling holes and sanding to my little heart's content! I was kind of nervous to use the drill at first, because I hadn't ever used one before, but it was easy enough. It just took awhile because I had to drill each tiny hole, thenf lip it over and drill back through each one again so it would be a nice, clean cut.

They are so fun though...I was lacing them up to take the pictures for my listings and I wanted to keep playing with them! :D These would be another CUTE stocking stuffer! And perfect for church or the waiting room at the doctor's office. There's a set for boys, and a set for girls.

Magnetic Princess Fairy Tale Paper Dolls!

I am so happy with how these turned out! I sold my first set *FIVE MINUTES* after I listed it!!!! And it just so happened the buyer owned a children's toy shop and wanted to buy some for wholesale! :D I was so excited! (I am still not sure if I can swing the wholesale deal though, we'll have to see how my schedule is!) Then, I sold the next two in about 15 minutes...then the third and fourth over the next couple of days! And ANOTHER two sets today!!! :D :D :D All of my 6 sales so far have been the paper dolls...(maybe I should just open a paper doll shop, haha).

But I am really thankful to have had so many sales in my first week. I know most shops have to wait MONTHS before making that first sale, and thats what I was expecting. So this was a pleasant surprise.

These would make the CUTEST stocking stuffer for your own little princess! My daughter has been eyeing them all week...too bad I won't be able to use them in HER stocking since she's been watching me make them! ;)

First item is up in my shop! :D Wooden Cube Picture Puzzles!

I just LOVE these blocks, oh how I love them! (my daughter loves them, too!!! Now she wants her own...) :) I used to play with a Disney Snow White set of these picture blocks when I was a little girl and you can't find them *anywhere* anymore! The most fun toys are always the most simple, so I decided they needed to be brought back.

The pictures are lovely vintage fairy tale illustrations, 6 in all. It took a lot longer to make them than I previously thought it would (it takes a long time for each layer of mod podge to dry!) but I think they turned out fabulous! They would be such a sweet baby shower gift for someone who likes the more "shabby chic" style.

Check them out!
